2. By submitting a photograph to this competition, you agree to give National Parks Partnership unrestricted rights to use your photograph for as many copies of the product "2024 National Park Calendar" as are printed, in addition to marketing material created to promote this calendar and the associated competition. Copyright and all other rights remain with the photographer. 

3.National Parks Partnership will award the winning photographer the choice of a 12 month "America the Beautiful" pass OR an $80 electronic REI gift card which can be used to purchase the pass. National Parks Partnership will offer no additional compensation to the winner.    

4. Due to the limited resolution and compression of images shared on Instagram, National Parks Partnership will require that winners provide a higher resolution version of the winning photographs to ensure the highest quality is maintained for the calendar.  

5. You are permitted to enter the competition if you are not a US resident, but National Parks Partnership will not deliver the prize to other teritories or in other currencies. 

6. The final photograph delivered for printing must not have a visible watermark. Text giving credit to the photographer will be printed adjacent to the image in the calendar.

7. You can submit as many different photographs to the competition as you wish, but each photographer can only be featured once in the calendar. Each photographer can only win the prize once.   

8. There is no fee to enter. Entry to this competition is free of charge.

9. To be eligible to win a park pass and be featured in the calendar, you must agree to the terms outlined above and it must be possible to contact you in a timely manner after the winning photo has been selected. National Parks Partnership will contact the winner through the messaging feature of the Instagram app. National Parks Partnership reserves the right to void your entry and select an alternative if we cannot reach you within 48 hours of your photo being selected, or if you do not wish to sign a digital contract outlining the terms listed above.
