Refund policy

Our number one priority is customer satisfaction, so refunds are available for faulty items. For items that don't fit or you have changed your mind, we can either issue you a store credit (inc. shipping cost) to rebuy the item or something else from the store, or issue you a refund (minus the original shipping cost).

Preorder items can only be returned if they arrive damaged.   

Please bear in mind that we donate all profits to national park charities. Any return directly impacts the amount of profit we have to donate. If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or it doesn't fit, please consider giving the item to someone who will be able to use it instead of returning it!
